We're on the hunt for individuals who consider themselves dynamic, collaborative and thrive in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for an experienced game designer who has a passion for the mobile gaming space.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user testing results and propose clear, actionable design improvements
• Collaborate with engineers, artists, and product managers throughout the full development cycle
• Create and maintain design documentation, feature specs, and balance spreadsheets
• Deconstruct and analyze game mechanics and systems from successful titles across platforms
• Design and balance core gameplay loops, progression systems, and in-game economies
• Stay current with game design trends, player behavior, and industry best practices
• Identify gameplay, UX, and balancing issues and recommend effective solutions
• Clearly pitch and present design concepts to the team

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional game design experience, ideally with a shipped title
• Strong knowledge of game mechanics, systems design, and balancing
• Understanding of monetization strategies across mobile and/or PC platforms
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment and collaborate in a small team
• Proficiency in Excel/Sheets for system modeling and tuning
• Advanced experience with Unity for prototyping and gameplay adjustments
• Passion for games and strong awareness of current market trends
