🚀 The OpportunityLead the team that digitises Hamburg’s hospitality scene. You will be the backbone of the company’s local presence, leading a team of Field Account Executives in the restaurant and hospitality space. This is a hands‑on leadership role in a global, NYSE & TSX‑listed SaaS company, with clear career progression and visibility across DACH.

🎯 The RoleYou lead and grow a team of 8 Field Account Executives in Hamburg, hiring, onboarding, and coaching them to become a high‑performing unit. You spend most of your time in the field – joining walk‑ins, live demos, and prospecting sessions – and you own the new business number for your territory. Using Salesforce and data, you drive forecasting, optimise conversion rates, and work cross‑functionally with Product, Customer Success, and Implementation to ensure a seamless customer journey.
💡 What You’ll Bring- 1 year of proven experience leading and coaching a full‑cycle sales team (from prospecting to closing),
ideally as a high‑performing Team Lead ready for the next step. - Field sales background – you love being on the road and lead by example in walk‑ins, cold outreach, and live demos.
- Hunter mindset with a track record of hitting or exceeding new business targets in SME or mid‑market sales.
- Comfortable using Salesforce (or similar CRM) for reporting, pipeline management, and accurate forecasting (nice‑to‑have, not a blocker).
- Experience in SaaS, hospitality, restaurant tech, payments, or related industries is a strong plus but not required.
- Fluent German and English
- 125K € OTE (75K base + 50K variable, uncapped), plus company car and participation in the share scheme – ownership in a global, listed tech company.
