As a Certificate Specialist Global, you play a key role in ensuring a smooth certificate flow for our globally operating customers and joint ventures. In this position, you work closely with internal departments as well as external partners and actively contribute to shaping processes.

• be responsible for the procurement, creation, processing, and management of global certificates
• independently request and review preliminary documents from suppliers, ensuring compliance with legal requirements
• handle certificates within the system (e.g. long-term supplier declarations in GTS) and manage their pre-processing
• conduct independent research on international certificate requirements and species protection regulations
• develop new solutions for special cases in collaboration with authorities, chambers of commerce, suppliers, and customers
• advise and support interface departments with internal and external inquiries regarding foreign trade matters

• Professional experience in export/import, customs, international trade, or supply chain management, preferably within an internationally operating company
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge, particularly SAP GTS, is an advantage
• A self-driven and structured way of working, combined with a willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics and challenges
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate confidently with a wide range of stakeholders and interfaces within the organization
