Stellenbeschreibung
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve Manufacturing and Supply Chain PMO Sustaining processes, methodologies, and standards
- Ensure compliance with project management governance, guidelines and standards
- Analyze existing processes, identify optimization potential and implement improvements
- Developing of a training concept for all relevant project roles.
- Providing or organize external training for new processes and methods to involved organization (internally and externally)
- Facilitate workshops and process reviews
- Collaborate closely with different PMO relevant Stakeholders locally and globally
- Bachelor/Master of Science or Economics or equivalent with relevant process management track records
- Several years of experience in process management, PMO and project management would be beneficial
- Knowledge of common project management methodologies (e.g., IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2, Agile/Hybrid)
- Experience in process modeling e.g. BIC cloud
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High level of initiative and structured way of working
- Cultural awareness for international stakeholders and teams
