Account Manager

• Acquire new customers and show them how we can make a real difference together
• Maintain and develop existing customer relationships
• Understand your customers’ needs and translate them into tailored recruitment solutions
• Work closely with Recruiting and Workforce Scheduling to create suitable matches
• Strategically expand your customer base
• Analyze market trends, identify opportunities at an early stage, and turn them into sales success

• Completed vocational training as an Office Management Assistant, Personnel Services Management Assistant, Industrial Management Assistant, or a comparable qualification
• Highly motivated to work in customer acquisition, sales, and client support
• Experience in the staffing services industry
• Willingness to travel between Hamburg and Lübeck
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Experience with zvoove pdl/recruit is an advantage
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and an appreciative and professional approach to working with people
