** Your Responsibilities**
* ** Market & Competitor Insights:
** Conduct continuous competitor benchmarking and trend research, summarizing findings into concise, executive-ready presentations.
* ** Project Management & Tracking:
** Support the coordination of strategic initiatives, track milestones and KPIs, and prepare regular project status reports.
* ** Executive & Board Preparation:
** Assist in drafting high-quality decision papers, presentations, and workshop materials for Board-level and management meetings, including follow-up documentation.
* ** Analysis & Ad-hoc Support:
** Analyze quantitative and qualitative data, assist in building business cases, and flexibly support strategic ad-hoc requests for leadership.#
** Your Profile**

* Education:

** Degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
* *
* Experience:

** First practical experience (1–2 years or relevant internships) in strategy, management consulting, or project management.
* *
* Skills:

** Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving mindset with a structured, reliable way of working.
* ** Communication & Drive:
** Proactive team player with high initiative, eager to learn, and comfortable interacting with diverse stakeholders.
* ** Tools:
** High proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); familiarity with BI/data tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.

* Languages:

** Business fluent in English; good command of German is an advantage.
