This role sits within the EMEA Corporate Transformation Services (CTS) team, which advises clients on improving profitability, managing crises, and driving sustainable operational and financial performance improvements. The CTS team supports clients across various industries, including aerospace and defence, automotive, and manufacturing, working with upper medium‑sized businesses and international corporations.

• Develop and implement innovative transformation concepts.
• Support clients in transformation and turnaround projects, including rapid results initiatives.
• Participate in international projects focused on strategy, corporate structure, or company‑wide efficiency improvements.

• Excellent academic credentials (Master’s degree or higher).
• Previous exposure to operational restructuring, turnaround management, post‑merger integration, carve‑outs, business transformation, and/or performance improvement.
• Relevant experience in a leading restructuring, strategy, or management consulting firm.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with diverse and complex stakeholder groups.
• Finance knowledge, including experience with integrated financial models, and a willingness to further develop these skills.
• Impact‑focused mindset with a collaborative and engaging personality.
• Native or business‑fluent German and English; additional foreign languages are advantageous.
