Business Analyst - Banking

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and communicative Business Analyst with a strong understanding of Data Warehousing (DWH) concepts and data integration processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in gathering and translating business requirements into functional specifications to support data-driven initiatives. Experience in the banking domain and proficiency in SQL are advantageous.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business and data requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity on project goals and deliverables.
• Support the design and validation of data solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and stakeholder meetings to drive consensus and solution design.
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by defining test scenarios and validating outcomes against business expectations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in processes and documentation practices.

• Strong understanding of Data Warehousing concepts and data integration methodologies.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Knowledge of data visualization tools or reporting platforms (optional).
