Senior Analytics Engineer
, you bridge raw data and real business impact
. You own the full analytics lifecycle – and you use it to help us acquire more customers, improve conversions, and increase retention.

We're looking for someone who doesn't just build pipelines, but hunts for growth opportunities
, challenges existing workflows
, and redesigns processes that hold us back. Someone who spots discrepancies before anyone asks, builds quick reports to cut through ambiguity, and turns vague hunches into concrete action plans.

• Challenge everything
  :
  You don't accept funnels, KPIs, or workflows at face value. You dig into why they exist, where friction hides, and how data can make them better. You're skeptical in the best way.
• Build end-to-end analytics workflows: From clean data models in dbt to decision-ready dashboards in Metabase – always optimizing for clarity, reliability, and impact. Your infrastructure becomes the single source of truth.
• Investigate proactively: You work from hints, not tickets. Someone mentions conversion dropped? You're already investigating. You build rapid reports that show exactly where we stand – no hand-holding needed.
• Analyze strategically: Sales funnel efficiency, marketing ROI, customer journey bottlenecks – you find the leverage points and provide clear recommendations, not just metrics.
• Define what matters: You collaborate with teams to establish the right KPIs and ensure consistent, trustworthy measurement across departments.
• Enable independence: You create self-service dashboards and documentation that empower stakeholders to find answers themselves.

• Sharp analytical mind with commercial instincts: You question everything, spot anomalies independently, and connect dots others miss. You think like a business builder, not just a data builder.
• Technical excellence: 4+ years building complete analytics solutions. Strong dbt, SQL, and Python skills. You architect scalable infrastructure.
• Commercial domain fluency: Real experience with sales funnels, marketing attribution, CAC, LTV, or customer journey analytics. You speak GTM language naturally.
• Stakeholder credibility: Proven track record turning ambiguous questions into concrete insights. You earn trust quickly. (References will be checked.)
• Visualization that drives action: You build dashboards people use in weekly reviews. Experience with Metabase, Looker, Tableau, or similar.
• Self-directed: You don't wait to be told what to analyze. You pick up signals, investigate independently, and surface insights before they're requested.
• Language
  :
  English business fluent (min. C1) and German skills an added value
