As Sr. Business Technology Delivery Lead you play a pivotal role in supporting the business side of the independent aftermarket, finance, supply chain and operations. This position is at the forefront of digital adoption, user experience, AI, data analytics, business process reengineering, and intelligent process automation. The BTDL owns business outcomes end-to-end for assigned domains, manages the demand funnel, drives prioritization decisions with business leadership, orchestrates delivery across global product teams and regional partners, and is accountable for value realization.

The position is based in Hannover, Germany.

Business Outcome Ownership:
Own business outcomes, value realization, and capability roadmaps for Operations, Supply Chain, Finance and Independent Aftermarket domains.

Value Realization:
Track business value, benefits realization and outcome KPIs beyond go-live and project completion.

Digital Catalyst:
Drive digital transformation and innovation, promoting the adoption of cutting‑edge technologies and processes.

Portfolio Prioritization:
Lead WSJF-based prioritization and facilitate STOP / FIX / INVEST decisions together with business stakeholders and governance bodies.

Demand Funnel Ownership:
Own the end-to-end demand funnel, ensuring all initiatives are qualified, prioritized and aligned with EMEA business strategy.

Capability Road mapping:
Develop and maintain business capability roadmaps linked to strategic objectives and measurable value creation.

Business Process Reengineering:
Enhance efficiency through process reengineering and automation.

Delivery Orchestration:
Coordinate delivery across global IT product teams, regional delivery teams, external partners and transformation programs to ensure business outcomes are achieved.

Change Agent:
Champion organizational change and transformation initiatives.

Technology Advisor:
Provide expert technology advice and support strategic decision‑making.

Education and Professional Knowledge:
Bachelor's degree required; MS Degree or MBA preferred. Solid years of experience managing complex IT demands, projects, and roadmaps. Proficiency in project management methodologies and organizational change management. Strong analytical and communication skills. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 20%).

Expertise with Microsoft M365, Power Automate, RPA software, digital adoption and UX platforms, and process mining tools. Strong methodological knowledge of workshop formats for design thinking, including design sprints, user story mapping, pain/gain analysis, and product vision development. Excellent customer-facing and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a global, matrixed organization. Superior verbal and written communication skills. Strong conceptual thinking abilities.

Proven experience in portfolio management, demand management, value realization, business capability planning, stakeholder management and cross‑functional technology delivery. Strong understanding of WSJF prioritization, portfolio governance, KPI‑based value tracking and business outcome management.
