The applying professional must have:

• Extensive experience in SAP MM
• Experience in S/4 HANA
• International Project Experience
• German Language (Business Fluent)

While not essential, some 'cherry on top' experience:

• Project Management
• English, Chinese, Spanish or Portuguese Language
• Knowledge in SAP EWM, SD, WM, PP, PM, QM

My client, a global end customer based in Göttingen, Germany are looking to recruit an SAP Consultant from the SAP Logistics, in particular, the MM space to come in and join a growing international team and assist in the implementation of S/4 HANA and then the subsequent rollout to a further 20 planned for 2027.

As the global Consultant, you will oversee project matters of the S/4 HANA Transformation with a particular focus on planning, budgeting, monitoring and reporting activities. You will work collaboratively with teams across SAP Sales, Finance and Business intelligence as well as other IT teams and SaaS solution providers to ensure the delivery of all the project related tasks in an efficient and timely manner, both national and internationally.

Some of the responsibilities will include:

• You will work and collaborate with senior stakeholders within the SAP MM area across multiple locations worldwide
• You will be tasked with translating and documenting requirements taken from the business into processes for SAP MM
• You will be doing the configuration and customisation of the SAP MM system
• You will learn how to build SAP MM Solutions that have been provided but be expected to assess, question and challenge stakeholders
• Functional tasks as well as be a mentor to the team
• You will participate in support level activities including 2nd and 3rd level
