We are looking for a talented, goal-oriented, motivated, and proactive team player with excellent technical, problem-solving, and communication skills to join our Cloud Platform and Products team. You will work with leading industry cloud solutions and teams in Banking, Insurance, and other financial services sectors.
Candidates should be self-driven, with an appetite and ability to learn and upskill quickly.

Senior Dev Sec Ops Developer
Responsibilities include:
Business-Technology Bridge: Serve as the crucial link between high-level business objectives and the technical solutions necessary to achieve them.System Design and Architecture: Utilize your deep understanding of system design and architecture to align these with organizational goals. Your experience in deploying and supporting applications will inform the design process.Dev Ops Strategy: Define and establish the Dev Ops strategy for the product area, aligned with internal software engineering principles.CI/CD Development: Develop and ensure adherence to CI/CD patterns and quality requirements.Agile Principles: Incorporate Agile methodologies into project delivery.Architectural Guidance: Provide high-level guidance, make critical component decisions, and establish design standards in performance, security, maintainability, and extensibility.Collaborative Development: Work closely with Financial Services Industry (FSI) customers to understand their needs and align project scope.Value-Driven Software Development: Translate business requirements into software solutions that maximize customer value.Industry Best Practices: Ensure adherence to industry standards in performance, reliability, and security.ABAP Programming: Engage in ABAP programming and testing to deliver optimal solutions.Support and Demonstrations: Support customer and sales team demos.Security Compliance: Work with CISO and CISA to ensure security frameworks and standards are followed.Mentorship and Process Improvement: Act as a mentor and seek automation and process improvements.Education and Experience:University degree in Computer Science, Natural Science, or relevant fields.5+ years of professional experience as a Software Developer and Architect.Extensive knowledge of SAP FS modules, ideally with Banking specialization.Skills in software implementation, deployment, and support; ABAP skills are a bonus.Deep knowledge of technology, system design, and architecture.Customer-oriented with a focus on quality.Ability to succeed in agile, cross-functional teams with strong communication and organizational skills.Enthusiastic about learning and adaptable to change.Business-fluent English.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proactive, curious, flexible, and quick learner.Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform, ABAP, Fiori, Git.Join us to collaborate with industry leaders on an ambitious project shaping the financial sector.
