U24 Medical Staff

Ultimate Canada is excited to introduce the 2025 U24 Team Canada Medical Staff! This dedicated team of professionals will be supporting the three TC Ultimate teams as they embark on their journey to the World Under-24 Championships taking place in Logroño, Spain, between June 21-28.

Please welcome Faye Zachedniak (Head Medical/Women's),
Kirsten Kidd (Mixed),
and Jordan Warren (Open).

Faye Zachedniak has been a Certified Athletic Therapist for 14 years and is self-employed at Re-Active Athletic Therapy in Winnipeg, MB. As a former USports golfer, combining both athletics and injury rehabilitation has kept her on the golf course along with many of her clients in their respective sports and fields of work.

Faye has worked with over 15 different sports at the varying levels of provincial, national, and international championships. She is the Head Medical for the Dakota Lancers Collegiate football team. During the winter, she assists visiting CSSHL prep hockey teams for games.

• 2022 World U20 Ultimate Championships in Poland, Team Canada
• 2023 World U24 Championships in England, Team Canada

Ultimate is one of the few sports she hasn't played, but loves the athleticism and spirit of the game that is so unique to the sport.

Kirsten Kidd has been a Certified Athletic Therapist for 17 years and currently works in the clinical setting with Ottawa Chiropractic and Sports Injury Clinic. She is also the Head Athletic Therapist for the Ottawa Black Bears, an NLL team.

Kirsten had the honour and pleasure to be the Head Athletic Therapist with U20 Team Canada at the 2018 World Junior Ultimate Championships, U24 Team Canada at the 2019 World U24 Ultimate Championships, which took place in Heidelberg, Germany, as well as the U24 Team Canada at the 2023 World U24 Ultimate Championships. She may not have played this great sport herself;

however, she has come to love the sport, the sportsmanship, and the spirit of Ultimate. She is very excited to be with the U24 Mixed team this year!

Jordan Warren

This is Jordan Warren’s 2nd time working with Team Canada. Last year in Australia at WUC, and now this year with Spain U24. Jordan works as a Certified Athletic Therapist, Massage Therapist, and Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach at Advantage Conditioning and at Delta Athletic Therapy and Training. Jordan is also a Certified Emergency Medical Responder, which is a valuable asset to the teams he works with, which have included Team Manitoba Rugby, Senior Men's Rugby, Winnipeg Sea Bears for the CEBL, and Team Manitoba Soccer.

No stranger to Ultimate, Jordan started playing as a junior in 2013. He played for multiple Manitoba teams as both a junior and an adult. Jordan's last touring season was with Winnipeg General Strike in 2019, before focusing on growing his knowledge and experience as an Athletic Therapist. He is now excited to combine his two passions and provide medical coverage for Team Canada.
