SAP ABAP Developer

• Extensive experience in SAP ABAP Object-Oriented (OO) development
• Strong hands-on expertise in ODATA services and CDS Views (Core Data Services)
• Solid understanding of back-end architecture and performance optimization in SAP S/4
  
  HANA
• Ability to deliver clean, scalable code and collaborate closely with functional teams
• Familiarity with RESTful API development within the SAP ecosystem
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Business Level German language skills
• Experience working with SAP Fiori (UI5) applications and custom enhancements
• Exposure to SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) services and extension development
• Knowledge of SAP Event Mesh
  , CAP (Cloud Application Programming) model, or Node.js within BTP
• Prior involvement in SAP S/4
  
  HANA template or greenfield projects
• Understanding of Dev Ops
  , Git-based repositories
  , and CI/CD pipelines for SAP development
• Working knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks
• Additional language skills (e.g., German, French) are beneficial

• Develop and enhance SAP ABAP back-end components to support business processes and integrations
• Design and implement CDS Views
  , ODATA services
  , and backend logic for SAP Fiori applications
• Collaborate with SAP functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Contribute to the SAP S/4
  
  HANA global template
  , supporting the go-live planned for 2026
• Ensure all developments are in line with coding standards, performance best practices, and SAP clean core principles
• Assist in front-end development for Fiori apps and participate in the extension and enhancement of BTP services
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing custom code as part of the global roll-out program
• Support the template roll-out across 50+ global entities in 13 countries
