Your skillset - as strong as our protein
  • Several years of demonstrably successful professional experience in influencer marketing, social media, or content creation, ideally in a leadership position
  • Excellent understanding of current social media platforms, creator ecosystems, and digital trends
  • Experience in team leadership, project management, and strategic planning
  • Strong sense for brands, aesthetics, storytelling, and target audiences
  • Analytical thinking combined with a creative, hands-on mentality
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work style

Strategy & Management

  • Development and implementation of the holistic influencer and social media strategy in close coordination with brand, marketing, and e-commerce teams
  • Responsibility for goal definition, KPIs, budget planning, and performance analysis in the influencer and social media environment
  • Identification of new platforms, trends, formats, and creator and community potential
Influencer & Social Media Management
  • Building, maintaining, and developing long-term partnerships with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors
  • Management of all influencer and social media collaborations from selection and contract negotiations to campaign implementation
  • Ensuring brand-compliant, authentic, and legally sound collaborations
Content Creation
  • Strategic management of content creation together with the team (social media, video, photos, campaign content)
  • Development of creative concepts, storylines, and content formats along the customer journey
  • Ensuring consistent, high-quality brand presentation across all social media channels
Leadership & Teamwork
  • Leading the influencer and social media team
  • Promoting creativity, personal responsibility, and professional development
  • Close collaboration with internal departments as well as external partners and agencies
