As Teamlead Demand Planning & Forecast Management, you take full end-to-end responsibility for precise, agile, and scalable demand and production planning at Iron Maxx — becoming a key driver of our international growth strategy.

In this role, you lead a Planning & Ordering team, work closely with Sales, Procurement, Product Development, and Production, and ensure that our supply chain becomes smarter, faster, and more efficient every single day.

• Ownership of creating, enhancing, and maintaining accurate forecasts, demand plans, and production plans.
• Close collaboration with Sales, eCommerce, Finance, and Product Development to ensure precise demand alignment.
• Efficient use and continuous improvement of our demand‑planning tools (e.g., SAP Business One, Streamline) to increase forecast accuracy.
• Steering of material planning, production planning, and supply chain processes across all stages.
• Monitoring production progress, delivery status, stock levels, and potential bottlenecks.
• Analysis of forecast deviations, derivation of corrective actions, and implementation of sustainable improvements.
• Ensuring smooth material and product flows through close coordination with all internal interfaces.
• Managing and coordinating suppliers — including contract handling and proactive communication.
• Supporting projects focused on efficiency, cost optimization, and process improvement within the supply chain.

• Expansion and optimization of company‑wide planning and sourcing processes.
• Active contribution to Iron Maxx’s international supply chain and procurement strategy.
• Further development of the demand‑planning strategy based on market trends, seasonality, and technological innovation.
• Creation of scenario analyses and business cases in collaboration with Sales, eCommerce, Finance, and Management.
• Identification of risks, opportunities, and optimization potential across the entire supply chain.
• Participation in cross‑functional projects related to process optimization and the implementation of new technologies.

• Functional and disciplinary leadership of a cross‑functional Planning & Ordering team.
• Establishing transparency, ownership, and high‑performance structures within the team.
• Acting as a sparring partner for Management, Sales, Procurement, and Product Development.
• Responsibility for budget, KPIs, performance monitoring, and reporting of relevant metrics.
• Deputizing for the Head of Forecast / Demand Planning / Ordering and taking on extended leadership responsibilities.
• Completed degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a comparable field.
• Several years (7+) of experience in Demand Planning / Forecasting / Supply Chain (ideally in FMCG/Food/E-Commerce/Pharma).
• Confident handling of ERP and planning tools (e.g., SAP Business One, Streamline) plus strong analytical and Excel skills.
• Several years in leadership responsibility and team coordination.
• Structured, analytical, and solution‑oriented way of working.
• High affinity for process optimization, data, and KPIs.
