The Supply Chain Management function for Audi Genuine Parts ensures the reliable, compliant, and sustainable availability of spare parts across global markets. The department manages end-to-end supply chain activities ranging from strategic sourcing and supplier management to logistics, warehousing, and worldwide distribution. Working closely with international subsidiaries, suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders, the team develops resilient supply chain solutions that balance customer satisfaction, operational excellence, cost efficiency, and sustainability.

After completing the program, you will contribute to the optimization of international supply chain processes and support strategic initiatives that shape the future of global after-sales operations.

• You will complete the first project within your target field Supply Chain Management for Audi Genuine Parts
• During the program, you will work independently on up to four additional projects in various divisions of the company, one of which will take place at a VW Group brand abroad
• In addition, you will complete short modules in different areas of the company (e. g., assembly)
• You will engage in various working groups within the Graduate Trainee Community
• After completing the program, you will assume your permanent position in your target field

• A university degree from an accredited institution focusse on Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or a similar field
• Above-average academic performance
• Interest in global supply chains, logistics networks, procurement, and process optimization
• Initial experience in supply chain management, procurement, logistics, analytics, or international project work is advantageous
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Minimum of three months of international experience during your academic studies through internships or an exchange semester
• Practical experience of at least six months through relevant internships
• Fluent English and German language skills at B2 level
