International Category Lead Accessories, Portable Audio & Headphones; m​/f​/d

• Design of the group-level strategic category vision/direction, and partner strategies across Accessories, Portable Audio & Headphones categories aligned with commercial goals, KPIs and performance frameworks
• Driving of innovation, new revenue streams, and strategic alliances across retail, services, B2B, marketplace, and digital ecosystems within the relevant categories
• Creation of value through the development of commercial levers to increase sales, attachment rate, category profitability, margin improvement, and value creation across country operations
• Review & redefinition of group level attachment strategies; identification the group best practices & their preparation for group level implementation
• Close Collaboration with country category owners;
  Leadership of international category round tables and derivation of action plans to improve group/country results
• Representation of MMSRG in relevant international platforms when/if necessary
• Leadership of international relations, negotiations, contracts, and long-term commercial agreements
• Serving as the escalation point for complex partner, commercial, or country-related issues
• Ownership of business KPIs on Group level:
  Contributions from International conditions, special agreements & moonshot agreements
• Governance of core category business KPIs on Group level:
  Net Sales, Market Share, Profitability and Stock health

• Proven Experience managing accessory categories, preferably as a category group head
• Experience in supplier management, international retail, business development and/or brand management is an advantage
• Experience in multi-country, category and function collaboration
• Strong negotiation, collaboration & communication skills
• Strong analytical acumen, with the ability to understand and analyze performance, optimize plans, make quick decisions, and measure impact to the business;
  Analysis of details where necessary
• Self-motivation, ambitious and able to operate in a matrix organization
• Eagerness to learn, and drive change
• Proficiency in English, required; proficiency in one additional European language (with a focus on the MMSRG country portfolio), considered an advantage
• Willingness to travel, necessary but not essential, or mandatory
