Your tasks in detail

• Responsibilty for the solino system:
  • Supervision of the product in close collaboration with various departments (Sales, Hard- & Software Development, Marketing, Supply Chain, etc.)
  • Handle customer inquiries:
    Collect, analyze and prioritize incoming product and solution requests
  • Build customer relationships:
    Identify and develop new contacts and Partnerships
  • Strategic product development:
    Contribute to the roadmap and product strategy
  • Market and competitor analysis:
    Monitor industry trends and derive actionable recommendations
  • Global Product positioning & launches:
    Support the market introduction of new features in hardware and software; participation in global trade fairs and customer meetings

Qualifications

• Degree in Physics, Engineering, Optics, Life Sciences, Computer Sciene or a related field
• Professional experience in product management or a comparable role, ideally within optical systems, lab equipment, medical technology or similar products
• Strong understanding of hardware and software integration in complex technical products with focus on artificial intelligence
• Customer-oriented mindset paired with structured and strategic approach to work
• Global willingness to travel of around 20%
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
