Site Reliability Engineer; f​/m​/d

We are looking for a highly motivated Site Reliability Engineer (f/m/d) to join our team in the development and maintenance of next-generation cross-platform video conferencing software.

• You have experience working as an SRE or in an operations-adjacent role.
• You are proficient in a programming language (Java or Python) or scripting language and have experience with infrastructure as code utilities.
• You have expertise in configuring and optimizing Linux/Unix systems.
• You possess a solid understanding of monitoring and alerting systems.
• You have excellent collaboration skills.
• You are familiar with container orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes).
• You have proficiency in using version control systems like Git.
• You have strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• You have successfully completed studies or have several years of professional experience.
• You are proficient in spoken and written English.

• Supporting our operations team in implementing SRE best practices.
• Defining and measuring service level objectives (SLOs).
• Conducting post-incident reviews for continuous improvement.
• Developing and maintaining automation tools for operational efficiency.
• Ensuring data security and compliance with regulations.
• Leading capacity planning efforts to meet growing demands.
• Building and maintaining documentation for system and process transparency.
• Implementing and improving CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery.
• Collaborating with development teams.
• Mentoring and sharing knowledge with team members for skills development.
