-Datacenter & Infrastructure (m/f/d).

• You take overall responsibility for steering,operating and continuously developing the global IT infrastructure, including data centers and networks (LAN, WAN, connectivity).
• You develop and implement the IT infrastructure, datacenterand network strategy, including target architectures and long-term roadmaps.
• You plan,manageand execute IT infrastructure and data center projects from concept phase through to operational handover.
• You ensurea highly available,secureand high‑performance IT infrastructure in alignment with Service Management and external service providers.
• You oversee backup, disasterrecoveryand business continuity concepts and ensure their effectiveimplementation.
• You drive knowledge transfer, changemanagementand user adoption for new systems,service sand processes.
• Youparticipatein audits and risk assessments and ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements in close collaboration with IT Security.

• You hold a degree in business informatics or a comparable qualification and bring experience in IT infrastructure management as well as data center and network operations.
• You have proven experience in leading teams and managing external service providers, complemented by a strong understanding of IT service,projectand management processes.
• Youmaintaina strong interest in new and emerging technologies, including networking,firewall sand service management tools.
• You work in a highly analytical,structured and solution‑oriented manner.
• Youdemonstrateclear decision-making ability,assertivenessanda strong senseof responsibility.
• You are exceptionally well organized, resilient, and able to perform effectively in complex, dynamic environments.
• You communicate confidently with excellent presentation skills and are fluent in both German and English, written and spoken.
