Are you an experienced Avionics Sales professional with MRO experience? Are you looking to work with major aerospace clients while developing international business across Europe? I am currently representing an established aviation technology manufacturer founded in 1956, generating approximately €15 million turnover annually. The company provides communication, navigation, surveillance, and search & rescue systems for airborne and ground applications, supporting over 150 active clients ranging from SMEs to major aerospace manufacturers.

Due to continued growth and expansion within helicopter and aerospace markets, they are now looking for a Senior Sales Engineer to strengthen their European sales function. In this role, you will focus on business development and relationship management across Germany, France, Scandinavia, and the UK. You will provide technical consultation to customers including aircraft manufacturers, MRO providers, system suppliers, distributors, and aviation authorities.

The role is primarily office‑based in Baden‑Baden, with client visits and exhibitions as required. You will be joining a flexible, growing SME with international exposure, strong product training, and the opportunity to take ownership of higher‑value accounts and larger territories over time.

• Business development and strategic account management
• MRO‑focused avionics sales across Europe
• Technical consultation and support to aviation clients
• Attending client visits, exhibitions, and industry events
• Supporting sustainable sales growth within aerospace markets

• Proven MRO Sales experience within Avionics
• Strong technical understanding of aviation systems
• Fluent in German and English
• Based in or commutable to Baden‑Baden
