Your mission
At enabl, we’re revolutionizing logistics. Our technology allows one person to control forklifts over 1000 kilometers away – and that’s only the beginning of our journey toward full automation.
You’ll be supporting the People & Culture team as we build our company in every dimension. Your main focus will be in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition, but you’ll also have the opportunity to dive into adjacent areas like Employer Branding or People Operations.
Your profile- You are studying business, social sciences, psychology or a similar major
- You’re passionate about the latest recruiting trends and are excited to try new paths
- Ideally, you already have some experience in recruiting and know how to strike the right tone for different target groups in both German (≥C1) and English
- You’re solution-oriented and see yourself as an advisor to our specialist departments
- Bonus points if you’ve worked with tools like Linked In Recruiter or Personio
- You’re highly organized, communicate clearly and openly, and inspire people with your creative and empathetic manner

- You work data-driven: with the right KPIs, you manage your own success and the collaboration with external partners like headhunters
- You help strengthen our employer brand “enabl” and ensure we’re visible externally
- You help build up our internal talent pool so that we can quickly access suitable candidates in the future
