• Design high performing Java‑based services in a complex system landscape
• Be involved in the concept, design and implementation of modern solutions based on Springboot
• Contribute to our new technology stack as well as maintain the existing legacy system
• Accompany software projects from draft until running them on production
• Document software architectures and transfer knowledge
• Coach and develop more junior team members
• Perform code and design reviews to continuously improve quality

• University degree (Bachelor's/Master's) with at least 3–6 years of proven professional experience in Software Development
• Strong Java skills and experience with enterprise frameworks such as Springboot and Hibernate
• Enthusiasm for AI and willingness to stay up‑to‑date with emerging developments
• Strong database skills – good knowledge of SQL
• Knowledge of virtualization and containerised applications (Kubernetes or Docker)
• Experience with Git and Maven, building CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, and basic knowledge of Linux
• Good knowledge of the English language (English is the primary communication language within the company)
