Product Manager, Business Services

• Cross-functional responsibility for product innovation and the further development of the Business Services platform
• Professional analysis of new requirements, trends, and opportunities
• Development of innovative product ideas
• Conducting market analyses and evaluating new developments based on business cases
• Contributing to the preparation of customer communications
• Professional coordination of assignments and further development initiatives
• Serving as an interface for stakeholders and advising on the potential applications of Business Services solutions
• Collaborating with 18 colleagues across locations and with a wide range of interfaces

• Completed degree in business administration, computer science, or business informatics, together with several years of relevant professional experience (more than 6 years), or an equivalent qualification
• Experience leading cross-functional projects or work streams
• Experience in product management
• Curiosity about technological innovations
• Strong communication skills when interacting with customers and internal colleagues
• Strong hands-on mentality
• Business-fluent German (at least C1 level)
• Good English skills (at least B2 level)
• Strong customer focus, assertiveness, ability to grasp new concepts quickly, and a responsible approach to thinking and action
• On-call availability required in exceptional cases
