We’re seeking a Senior Sensor Fusion / FPGA Engineer to join our onsite team and design the real-time data pipelines that give our biobots perception and awareness.

This is not a remote, abstract, or incremental role — it’s a hands‑on engineering challenge where you’ll shape the nervous system of a living robotic platform.

• Design and implement sensor fusion pipelines combining multimodal data (IMU, vision, biosignals, environmental sensing).
• Develop real‑time processing architectures on FPGAs and embedded platforms for ultra‑low‑latency integration.
• Collaborate closely with hardware, biology, and AI teams to translate raw data into control signals and behaviors.
• Prototype rapidly — test, measure, and iterate in the lab.
• Take ownership from algorithm to silicon — from concept to running system.
• Hold a Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or similar.
• Expert in FPGA development (VHDL, Verilog, or System Verilog) and sensor fusion algorithms (Kalman filters, Bayesian estimation, signal processing).
• Skilled in real‑time embedded systems
