** Lead a team supporting operations, manufacturing and quality processes, tooling and tool design, and equipment needed to successfully and economically produce assigned parts/products in accordanced with engineering specifications.

Oversee manufacturing engineering and quality teams and developing/training the personnel that perform and support the plant operating functions.

Lead tool design, assembly, manufacturing processing, cost estimating, systems planning, layout, standards, and releasing.

Provide the technical expertise necessary to design all aspects of production assembly, costs, quality, compliance to safety guidelines, and environmental requirements for manufacturing.
** What You Have (Key Skills/Experience Required):
**** Manufacturing Equipment:
** Knowledge of the electrical, mechanical and logistics equipment used in manufacturing; ability to safely operate, maintain, update and store them.
** Manufacturing Processes:
** Understanding of existing product manufacturing methods, technologies and processes; ability to execute, plan, manage and monitor the entire manufacturing process.
** Manufacturing Safety:
** Familiarity with manufacturing safety; ability to identify work-related hazards and perform necessary activities to meet regulatory requirements for the safety and protection of workers, environment and site.
** Manufacturing Standards, Procedures and Policies:
** Strong awareness of organizational standards, procedures and policies in manufacturing activities; ability to plan, guide, and monitor manufacturing processes for compliance. Expertise in Quality Management System's (QMS) functions, features, and capabilities; ability to design, implement, test, and maintain Quality Management Systems to consistently meet customer requirements and regulatory compliances.
** Lean Manufacturing:
** Knowledge of the philosophy, principles and implementation approaches of lean manufacturing; ability to integrate and implement lean manufacturing philosophy into existing production and management processes. :
Strong command of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.:
Solid grasp of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.

Degree or equivalent experience desired

Very good German (at least C1) and very good English skills (at least B2).
