• Develop store layouts and design concepts for new stores, refurbishments and relocations under the guidance of the Senior Manager Retail Store Design & Concept Europe
• Manage retail store design projects from concept through construction to opening creating outstanding customer experience
• Technical Coordination:
  Produce and review layouts, details, specifications and technical drawings
• Construction Support:
  Coordinate with architects, contractors, construction teams and site managers to resolve design and technical issues
• Support with design standards by maintaining and developing guidelines and materials
• Research retail design trends, innovative material, and sustainable solutions
• Work closely with internal stakeholders like Retail Construction, Brand and Real Estate

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail design, (interior) architecture, furniture design or similar
• Proven experience managing end-to-end retail projects balancing delivering high-quality results within tight deadlines
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a structured and detail-oriented approach
• Confident collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Proficient in 2D and 3D design software such as Sketch Up and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator); experience with AutoCAD or similar is a plus
• Fluent in English
• Willingness to travel across Europe multiple times per month
