Senior Retail Manager WEU

Europe is our key strategic market with strong local market share and fast-growing offline retail networks across the region. We are hiring a results-oriented Senior Retail Manager to oversee on-the-ground retail operations in Düsseldorf and drive our smart ecosystem development.

• nCollaborate with GTM and sales teams to formulate and execute retail strategies, take charge of overall retail performance
• .Work with distributors and retail partners to launch joint marketing & promotion activities, lift sales volume and in-store brand presence
• .Plan, monitor and optimize regular promotional initiatives to align with business objectives
• .Recruit, train and lead retail frontline teams, build a service-focused team culture
• .Develop localized communication tactics to enhance product selling points and conversion
• .Clarify team roles, responsibilities and career paths for retail staff
• .Set unified working rules, governance and reporting mechanisms for internal teams and external partners
• .Design promotions, incentive plans and in-store display solutions to drive sales and market share
• .Manage retail budget planning, allocation and cost control to guarantee sound ROI

• ts Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
• s.8+ years solid retail management experience in mobile or consumer electronics;
  European market experience preferre
• d.Strong strategic & analytical capabilities, proven achievements in growing market share and retail footprin
• t.Outstanding leadership to motivate teams and deliver challenging business goal
• s.In-depth knowledge of European retail landscape, consumer habits and AIoT product trend
• s.Proficient in English;
