Sales Assistant 20hrs (m​/f​/x

For our store in Cologne, we are looking for you as part time Sales Assistant (m/f/x) for 20 hours per week.

Your Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service and adapt brand stories to the retail setting. Ensure optimum sales levels are met. Ensure that all operational store policies and procedures are followed. Take pride in store appearance and embrace the Carhartt store look. To develop your product knowledge and understanding of the business. Establish consumer loyalty and satisfaction. Have fun selling our product whilst engaging with our valued customers.

Your Profile:

Customer service and/or retail experience preferred. Dedicated, team-oriented and flexible. Excellent communication and 'people' skills. Confidence, drive and enthusiasm. Fluent in German, English is advantageous.
