As a Technical Trainer
, you’ll be the driving force behind the development of technical teams for Maxus in Germany. From hands-on training to targeted coaching, you’ll design and deliver learning experiences that truly make an impact.

• Deliver and develop
  :
  Create and deliver engaging technical training programs (virtual, in-person, and on-site).
• Innovate
  :
  Design creative, high-quality training content that’s both effective and inspiring.
• Assess & coach
  :
  Conduct workplace assessments and turn results into tailored coaching plans.
• Advise
  :
  Provide practical, people-focused improvement proposals for workshop operations.
• Collaborate
  :
  Share expertise with internal and external colleagues, acting as a subject matter expert.
• Evolve the offer
  :
  Contribute to the latest training and assessment programs in the sector.
