The BMFTR‑funded research project, “China‘s Foreign‑Related Rule of Law,” examines how the Chinese legal system is adjusting in relation to the international and transnational legal orders.
Tasks- Conduct literature review
- Retrieve and analyze Chinese normative documents
- Edit manuscripts and references
- Support the organization of research activities and workshops related to the project
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Law, Chinese Studies, or a related subject
- Excellent knowledge of Chinese law and international law
- Excellent grasp of German, Chinese and English languages, including Chinese legal terminology
