The BMFTR‑funded research project, “China‘s Foreign‑Related Rule of Law,” examines how the Chinese legal system is adjusting in relation to the international and transnational legal orders.

• Conduct literature review
• Retrieve and analyze Chinese normative documents
• Edit manuscripts and references
• Support the organization of research activities and workshops related to the project

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Law, Chinese Studies, or a related subject
• Excellent knowledge of Chinese law and international law
• Excellent grasp of German, Chinese and English languages, including Chinese legal terminology
