- Lead and deliver real estate projects from planning to completion, ensuring timelines, budget, and quality objectives are met.
- Manage external partners (brokers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers) and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define workplace strategies, business requirements, and space optimization solutions.
- Oversee project budgets, cost control, procurement, and contract negotiations to maximize value.
- Ensure the delivery of sustainable, compliant, and employee‑centric workplaces while representing Schneider Electric’s interests externally.
- Educational background in Real Estate and/or Construction management, Engineering degree or Architectural degree.
- Strong knowledge of commercial and industrial real estate, construction management, and building systems.
- Experience managing construction projects, lease negotiations, landlord relationships, and broker partnerships.
- Proven ability to develop and manage project budgets, schedules, cost estimates, and business cases.
- Understanding of sustainability principles, including LEED certification, energy efficiency, and smart building solutions.
- Strong project management, negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with excellent English communication proficiency.
Starting annual salary is 85 000 € per year and includes a variable component. It applies to candidates who meet the requirements of the role. Any adjustment to the compensation is based on objective, gender‑neutral criteria, in particular qualifications and relevant professional experience. The stated figure refers to full‑time positions, and salary ranges are aligned with market benchmarks.
