Senior Consultant Enterprise Solutions – SAP focus BCG Platinion

As a Senior SAP S/4

HANA Consultant (all genders) at BCG Platinion, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients navigate complex ERP transformations, with a specific focus on SAP S/4

HANA. Your expertise will guide clients through the entire project lifecycle, from strategy and planning to implementation and go-live, with a strong business value perspective. You will collaborate with a team of talented professionals from BCG and Platinion on local and international projects, ensuring the successful planning, deployment, and optimization of ERP systems.

• Plan, execute, and manage quantitative and qualitative analyses of business processes to identify value for our clients
• Develop and define ERP target architectures for comprehensive IT landscapes, leveraging technological innovation and anticipating future trends
• Define and implement program organization and governance to successfully execute the project and deliver the identified business value of transformation
• Manage sourcing of system integrations partners and software solutions
• Prepare and finalize project deliverables, including reports, workshop materials, and business proposals
• Evaluate ongoing ERP projects and systems against defined business goals and quality criteria, and develop action plans for improvement
• Drive implementation of recovery and stabilization measures of ERP projects

• A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in strategic ERP/SAP projects
• Proven track record in managing end-to-end ERP transformations leveraging industry-standard approaches, e.g., SAP Activate
• In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4
  
  HANA and associated enterprise technology (e.g., integration architecture, cloud deployment options, extensibility of the solution)
• Familiarity with SAP industry solutions and analytical tools such as SAP BW/BI, SAP Analytics Cloud
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking capabilities
• Strong client and result orientation with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Team spirit and the ability to manage and inspire cross-functional teams
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
