Senior Consultant; m​/f​/d SAP HCM & Cloud Integration - German-wide

Responsibilities

• Design and implementation of SAP Success Factors integrations using Business Integration Builder (BIB).
• Integration of SAP Cloud solutions with on-premise systems (e.g. S/4
  
  HANA, SAP ERP, Success Factors, ADP).
• Development and optimization of interfaces (API, OData, SOAP, REST) between SAP and third-party systems.
• Creation of ABAP developments (BADI, BAPI, Web Dynpro) for SAP HCM.
• Design and implementation of cloud and hybrid architectures with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform).
• Development of data architectures with SAP Data Intelligence and Cloud Integration Services.
• Error analysis and troubleshooting of interface problems between SAP and Success Factors (e.g. SLG1 logs, replication errors).
• Support with the migration of HR data from ERP to the cloud.
• Implementation and maintenance of authorization concepts for SAP HCM & Cloud.

• Experience with SAP BTP, SAP Cloud Integration (SCI, CPI), Mule Soft and API-supported integration.
• ABAP development (enhancements, reports, Adobe Forms) and Web Dynpro for SAP HCM.
• In-depth know-how in SAP Success Factors.
• Familiar with SAP Security & Authorization Management for HCM & Success Factors.
• At least 5 years of experience in SAP HCM & Success Factors integration or cloud architecture.
• Experience in implementing and optimizing interfaces between SAP and third party systems.
• Understanding of SAP Payroll relevant data flow as well as Employee & Organizational Data Replication.
• Language skills:
  English (fluent) and German (beneficial).
