Business Analyst

Overview

As Business Analyst, you will lead the end-to-end design and delivery of data-driven solutions within the aviation domain. This role bridges business needs and technical capabilities, translating stakeholder requirements into scalable data products, advanced analytics and AI-driven solutions that optimize airline operations, logistics, and customer experience.

What you'll do

• Translate business owners’ requirements into actionable developments and analytics capabilities
• Develop conceptual and functional designs for data products, including data models, workflows, and integration points
• Dive deep into the data, to ensure understanding and provide guidance on the best KPIs, logic and transformation to deliver the analytical and product needs
• Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring alignment and clarity
• Enable the operations side to revolutionize their processes and empower them with fast and high-quality decisions as well as consult them in their analytic and AI development
• With your strong technical skills, you will be the key counterpart of our data engineering team, translating Stakeholder & Analysts’ needs into data engineering requirements
• Share your knowledge on tools, data and insights with your team and business partners in personal interactions or training

What you'll need

• 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst, Operations Analyst, Data product solution designer or equivalent role
• Ownership mindset that takes care of conceptualizing, developing and maintaining clear and easy-to-understand analytical data products, visualizations and AI data products
• A product-aware person with a data-driven mindset who is responsible and passionate about creating the best data-driven experience
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts in business-friendly language
• A logical mindset and fast learner that can take business context into a tech environment
• Experience using data visualization tools
• Familiarity with Data Science related technical concepts (ML models, GenAI, LLMs)
• Familiarity with Databricks, SQL and / or DAX
• Experience in designing data products
• Business fluent in English (spoken and written)
