• Business Process Management, Intelligent Automation, Process Analytics, Task Mining, GenAI (e.g., LLM/LPM)
• Applying data-driven technologies to optimize business processes across industries
• Analyzing KPIs to derive insights on process inefficiencies, growth, and sustainability
• Presenting analysis results and KPIs to top management, creating business cases
• Supporting the development of competency centers and operational models

• Knowledge or experience in areas like BPMN, Power
  
  BI, RPA, Low-Code platforms, AI, Process Mining, GenAI
• Excellent academic record (Bachelor/Master) in business, tech, or IT
• Enjoyment in combining technical understanding with strategic analysis and implementation
• Reliability, team spirit, and fit for a global consulting environment
• Strong presentation and moderation skills, proficient MS Office skills
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Fluent in German and English
