CoE DT OMS Technical Analyst F​/M​/X

Job Description:

This role is a Technical Analyst for the OMS solution that will be selected as part of the EOS program. This role is under the responsibility of the OMS Senior Lead as part of the CoE (Centre of Excellence) DT (Digital Technology) Petcare Team to deliver OMS capabilities in collaboration with the Global and Local Business Leads (GPO/BPO), OMS Functional & Delivery teams, SAP S/4 Order to Cash team and OMS System Integrator.

This role aims to evolve to an OMS Architect role. She/He will be driving technical Analysis and Design of OMS, coordinating with different teams and co-designing a flexible and scalable Solution and ensuring all technical and architectural touchpoints are covered with relevant systems in the landscape.

• Master’s degree or equivalent with a technical background

• 2+ years’ Experience in a technical environment

• Notion in development: good practices

• Notion in deployment pipelines

• Notion in secure coding practices

• Knowledge of OMS (Manhattan or other)

• Knowledge in Order to Cash processes

• Knowledge of ERP (SAP S/4) capabilities is a plus

• Good communication, especially in English, and interpersonal skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Curious and capable of researching and rapidly learn new technical skills.

• The ability to work effectively in a flexible and changing environment, proactive, manages multiple activities and priorities, and works well under pressure.

• Responsible for the OMS Technical Design

• Responsible for coordinating different technical teams

• Drive the overall architecture of the OMS template

• Being accountable for the OMS Architecture

• Understand Business requirements and transform them into technical requirements.

• Functional and Technical understanding of Order to Cash processes

• Participate in the OMS solution design

• Understand Enterprise Architecture

• Understand OMS solution design and its technical implications towards other systems (ex, Webshop, CRM, Pricing…)

• Understand roadmaps and strategies for OMS development and evolution

• Actively support deployment teams in the rollout of the designed solution

• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, GPO and any other Mars DT team that needs to be involved in the design and build discussion.

• Collaborate with the SAP Order to Cash team to ensure a robust end-to-end solution

• Collaborate with other components of the program (other components in Demand, for example)
