• You take end‑to‑end ownership for the design, further development, and steering of sales dashboards and reporting solutions (e.g. KPIs, pipeline, forecast, campaign performance), including defining reporting standards.
• You ensure high data quality and KPI consistency by defining and enforcing governance standards and actively validating key steering metrics.
• You proactively analyze the development of relevant sales KPIs, identify drivers, risks, and opportunities, and derive clear, actionable recommendations for management.
• You conduct complex, strategic, and ad‑hoc analyses to support key sales initiatives and commercial decision‑making processes.
• You independently define, further develop, and harmonize sales KPIs and the underlying data models.
• You translate complex data into decision‑relevant insights and present them in stakeholder‑oriented visualizations for top management and key stakeholders.
• You structure and prioritize business requirements and transform them into scalable analytical concepts and technical specifications.
• You deeply analyze and evaluate sales and revenue campaigns with a focus on ROI, effectiveness, and optimization potential.
• You collaborate closely and in a steering role with data engineering and other interfaces to further develop data architecture, interfaces, and data products.

• You have several years of solid experience in Sales Analytics and have demonstrable end‑to‑end ownership of reporting landscapes, KPI frameworks, and data‑driven steering logics.
• You bring deep expertise in Power BI, particularly in complex data modeling, DAX optimization, and performance tuning, complemented by very strong SQL skills and a strong understanding of modern data architectures and interfaces.
• You have a strong ability to design and further develop scalable data models and KPI structures as a foundation for company‑wide steering.
• You confidently translate business requirements into structured analytical concepts and sustainable technical specifications, including clear prioritization and effective scope management.
• You identify business drivers, conduct in‑depth root cause analyses, and derive concrete, business‑relevant recommendations for action.
