Internal Service Technician - 539207-Enterprise FAE

The role completes assigned tasks for the service and operations teams. Responsibilities include providing basic warehouse duties and inventory related activities, performing incoming technical inspection and test of product and basic repair.

Perform basic technical repairs, inspections, refurbishments, maintenance of demonstration equipment, and quality inspections
Responsible for refurbished Repair activity of product which is to be sold, ensuring operation, presentation and when necessary upgrading software and hardware as per Refurbish Product Specifications
Responsible for the Quality Inspection / Re-work of any New Product that has failed during testing/configuration. Escalate issues found to the Quality Group.
Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of repairs bays.
Complete inbound goods receipt / inspection of customer and Christie owned product accurately account for inventory use, maintaining accurate records of consumption
Keep customers informed of progress and escalat*???
Ensure the warehouse is kept orderly and a safe environment.
Assist local Operations team with outbound shipment process - Pick, pack, and ship.
Assist local Operations team with the cycle count process.

Previous experience troubleshooting AV equipment at the board level using software, error logs, and service manuals.

Experience with Multimedia equipment installation and experience
Excellent organizational skills and a results orientation approach
Working knowledge of PC hardware, setup and repair
Comprehensive understanding of Christie Digital products and related equipment
Flexibility to work onsite on a permanent basis
