• Startup-level ownership and decision-making: This practice is less than a year old, and you are joining early enough to shape it. We move fast, with flat hierarchies, quick decision-making, and low bureaucracy.
• Unusually high ownership from the start: From early on, you will own your client account(s), oversee your delivery teams, and have the opportunity to contribute to our business development.
• Accelerated leadership trajectory: This role is designed for someone ready to make the transition from leading work streams to leading engagements, from supporting client relationships to owning them, and from contributing to a consulting practice to helping build one.
• Senior mentorship: Direct mentorship and support from our CEO (Martin Hecker, former Senior Partner at BCG, where he led the Technology Advantage practices across CEMA and the United States) and our COO (Christian Ruckteschler, formerly at BCG and the World Bank Group, and a graduate of Harvard University and the University of Oxford).
• Tech & AI innovation: Alongside our partners (including AWS, Microsoft, Anthropic, and others), we use AI both as a client value-creation lever and within our own delivery model. We care less about AI strategy decks than about applications, workflows, and operating changes that actually get deployed.
• International exposure, focused travel: With our team and clients spread across Germany, the US, Ghana, and Rwanda (with additional locations in planning), your work will be truly global from day one and include regular travel opportunities. Unlike traditional consulting setups, our travel is focused and periodic –you are not expected to be on-site with clients on a weekly basis.

We are building a technology consulting practice focused on private-equity-backed companies and technology-enabled value creation. Founded in 2026 by our CEO and COO– both former BCG consultants– the practice is growing rapidly. You will join at a stage where the operating model, methodologies, team structure, propositions, and client portfolio are still being built, giving you the opportunity to help shape them alongside us.

Typical engagements in this practice include:

• Identifying and prioritising tech-enabled value creation levers for portfolio companies
• Building data platforms and AI-driven analytics capabilities
• Delivering KPI dashboards and reporting for senior management and investors
• Developing AI-enabled applications and automation
