Stress Engineer | Airbus Projects

Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group) a leading company in safety‑critical software for aerospace, defence and transport, is looking for XX Engineers to join our on-site teams in Germany, supporting strategic projects with Airbus in Germany.

Locations include Manching.

Competitive salary: 50,000 – 65,000 €

• Structural sizing of metallic and composite parts using FEM and analytical methods.

• Trade‑off analyses for design solutions and structural concepts.

• Mechanical systems analysis and equipment integration.

• Preparation of analysis reports supporting airframe qualification.

• Damage assessment and repair development for in-service aircraft.

• Manufacturing support, including non-conformities and concessions evaluation.

• Stakeholder communication and cross‑functional collaboration.

• Degree in Aerospace or a related field

• B2/C1 English Level – mandatory.

• B1/B2 German Level – mandatory.

• Applicants must hold citizenship of a European country.
