We are partnering with an international manufacturing business to appoint a Head of Supply Chain Management. This is a business-critical leadership role with immediate impact, supporting both operational performance and ongoing organisational transformation.

Reporting to the Chief Supply Chain & Strategy Officer, you will lead the end-to-end supply chain (excluding procurement) across multiple international sites.

Key responsibilities:

• Ownership of production planning, inventory management, and logistics
• Leading a team of ~30 FTEs across Germany and international locations
• Driving the shift towards a more centralised, matrix-led supply chain structure
• Building and embedding a Supply Chain Excellence function
• Aligning processes and improving performance across sites
• Leading change, transformation, and digitalisation initiatives
• Acting as a key interface to senior leadership

• Proven leadership experience within supply chain in a manufacturing environment
• Strong expertise across planning, inventory, and logistics
• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
• Track record in change management and organisational transformation
• Analytical, process-driven mindset
• Exposure to systems / digitalisation initiatives
• Fluent German and English
