Supply Chain Manager Manufacturing North Rhine–Westphalia, Germany (Commutable from Dortmund / Paderborn / Kassel) €150-€165k package Permanent

We’re hiring a Supply Chain Manager to take full ownership of planning, scheduling and post‑sale processes across a rapidly expanding manufacturing operation. This is a newly created role designed to support major growth, with responsibility for leading a team of around 20 people and managing the flow of 10,000–12,000 parts through the facility at any given time.

• Production Planning, Customer Service and Supply Chain Logistics
• Weekly/monthly scheduling and workflow management
• Real‑time shop floor performance and WIP control
• Cross‑functional coordination with Engineering, Procurement and Quality
• KPI reporting (cycle time, yield, OEE, scrap)
• Lean/Kaizen and CI initiatives

• Accurate, efficient production plans aligned to capacity and material availability
• Structured processes that support high‑growth manufacturing
• Improved flow, reduced bottlenecks and optimised throughput
• Reliable data accuracy within ERP systems (SAP)
• Effective corrective actions for non‑conformance issues
• Clear communication and reporting to the General Manager

• Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or similar
• 3–5 years’ experience in production planning/control
• Strong ERP capability (SAP preferred)
• Analytical mindset with a structured approach
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Fluency in German and English
