We’re looking for an exceptional Chief of Staff to partner directly with our two Managing Directors on strategic initiatives that shape FLOYT’s future. This isn’t a typical support role – you’ll be driving key projects, optimizing operations, and enabling our leadership to execute at the highest level.

• Drive strategic initiatives from conception to execution, managing cross‑functional projects that directly impact company direction

• Lead strategic planning processes including OKR development, road mapping, and quarterly planning cycles

• Conduct market analysis to inform strategic decisions, identify growth opportunities, and benchmark competitive positioning across our both German and French markets

• Design and facilitate workshops for leadership and middle management teams to drive alignment and decision‑making

• Optimize business operations by identifying inefficiencies, implementing process improvements, and managing key stakeholder relationships

• Spearhead AI implementation across the organization, including tool evaluation, guardrails development, and team training

• Bridge organizational gaps by coordinating between departments, translating strategy into action, and ensuring follow‑through

• 3+ years professional experience
  , ideally within consulting, operations, or strategic roles in tech/digital companies

• Master’s degree or equivalent advanced degree demonstrating strategic thinking capabilities

• Proven track record of managing complex, cross‑functional projects with measurable business impact

• Exceptional analytical skills with comfort in data analysis, business metrics, and strategic frameworks

• Outstanding communication and facilitation abilities – you can lead workshops, influence stakeholders, and drive consensus

• Operational excellence mindset with ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution

• Fluent in English (written and spoken), German highly preferred

• Startup/scale‑up mentality – comfortable with ambiguity, resourceful, and able to wear multiple hats
