Responsibilities- End-to-end accountability for the region, including occupational health & safety of employees and quality of service and operations in line with local legal and regulatory requirements.
- Act as a strong people leader responsible for the whole delivery chain (acquisition, deployment, permitting).
- Manage the regional team to achieve strategic goals and objectives while delivering operational efficiencies through process simplification and harmonisation.
- Support the implementation of Tower Co strategy at the regional level and support digitalisation efforts, including associated business transformation aspects.
- Communicate with local regulatory entities on behalf of the company.
- Completed university degree or equivalent education.
- Extensive relevant experience at management level in the telecommunications market and deep knowledge of strategic shifts in technologies and deployment.
- Excellent customer‑management skills in a B2B environment.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills in German and English.
- Experience managing a team through change successfully with demonstrated leadership skills.
- Adept at managing and negotiating with external stakeholders such as local political authorities.
