* ** As Senior Marketing Manager — Trends & Innovation (m/f/d)**, you will actively shape how our marketing will develop in the coming years.  You're not just watching what's changing in the market. You evaluate
** which of these are relevant to us**, translate developments into concrete marketing approaches and consistently bring new ideas from initial impetus to implementation.  In doing so, you move between strategy, innovation, technology and communication — with plenty of creative leeway and direct influence on our future market and customer approach.

** You identify relevant developments in marketing, customer experience, technology, AI, digital business models and changing customer behavior and derive concrete opportunities for us from this.
* Use

** You identify areas of application for generative AI, automation and data-based marketing technologies and put them into practice together with relevant stakeholders.
* ** Bringing innovation to marketing:
** You develop new marketing approaches, formats and use cases and test them pragmatically — from the first experiment to a scalable concept.
* ** Rethink customer experiences:
** You question existing customer journeys and develop ideas on how we can reach our customers more easily, more effectively and personally.
