Overview

Would you like to be part of an international team that leads global companies into the digital future and engages with the technologies of tomorrow? As an integral part of BCG Platinion’s L&D team, you will make a significant contribution to the success of our company. We are looking for a Working Student in Learning & Development (all genders) to join us in Cologne as soon as possible,
working 15–20 hours per week
. In this role, you will support our L&D colleagues and gain exciting insights into the internal processes of an IT management consultancy.

Shape the world of tomorrow

• Support our team in organizing and coordinating international training events and workshops
• Manage our training schedules and participant lists
• Handle inquiries and provide information on training programs for employees
• Assist the L&D team with administrative tasks, documentation, and communication
• Help develop training materials and resources
• Support with individual learning requests, including coordination of coaching sessions and other personalized development activities
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new L&D initiatives in an international context

You can help us make a difference

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Human Resources, (Business) Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Very good MS Office skills
• Professional, open, and friendly demeanor
• Strong communication skills in both German and English
• Detail-oriented and independent working style
• Team player with strong organizational skills
