** Your Impact
** As an
** HR Specialist**, you will be the go-to person for all HR-related questions in Germany. You’ll manage HR administration, payroll processes, and Workday data while providing accurate advice and ensuring compliance with German labor law. You’ll also collaborate on international projects and help optimize HR processes.#
** What you’ll do
**** HR Servicing & Support
*** Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers, providing timely and accurate HR advice
* Resolve queries related to policies, benefits, and HR processes
** HR Administration & Employee Lifecycle
*** Manage onboarding, contract changes, promotions, and offboarding
* Maintain and update Workday to ensure accurate HR data
* Prepare employment contracts and manage personnel files
** Payroll Processing
*** Oversee end-to-end payroll in collaboration with our external provider
* Ensure accurate salary changes and compliance with tax and social security regulations
* Perform payroll checks and resolve discrepancies
** Reporting & Process Improvement
*** Generate HR reports and provide data-driven insights
* Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve automation
* Participate in international HR projects### #
** Who you are
*** Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
* ** 5-8 years of HR and payroll experience in Germany
*** Strong knowledge of German labor law and payroll regulations
* Hands-on experience with
** Workday
* * or similar HRIS
* Excellent communication skills and service-oriented mindset
* Fluent in German and English#
