As Total Reward Specialist Europe
, you shape our total rewards strategy for Belgium and our commercial teams in key European markets including France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Spain and the UK. We’re looking for an experienced Total Rewards professional with passion, precision, and the drive to take ownership. The role combines hands‑on operational work with the opportunity to contribute at a strategic level. You will report directly to the HR Director and work closely with the Payroll Expert and our HR Business Partners in a very hands‑on HR Team.

If you’re genuinely curious about how Total Reward works differently market by market, you’ll find this role endlessly interesting.

Your key responsibilities
  • Own and manage European Total Rewards processes, including salary, benefits, and incentive programs, ensuring smooth, efficient, and consistent delivery across countries and employee groups.
  • Execute the full annual reward cycle independently, covering budgeting, benchmarking, merit processes, and bonus/incentive calculations.
  • Maintain accurate reward data and reporting on salaries, bonuses, benefits, and other metrics to support HR, Finance, and business leaders.
  • Translate Total Rewards strategy into practical processes, ensuring consistent application and identifying opportunities to improve and optimize programs.
  • Act as the go‑to expert for reward matters across European teams, supporting HR, Finance, and employees on salary, bonus, benefits, and incentive questions.

  • After 60 days: You understand how our reward practices are applied across the different countries and markets, including the key country-specific differences. You have build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • After 90 days: You understand the mechanics of our sales bonus cycle and have participated in a quarterly bonus cycle, contributing to the calculations, reporting and related stakeholder discussions.
  • Long term: You become the go‑to expert for European compensation, driving best practices and helping shape data‑driven reward decisions.
This is how we describe you
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits or another hard‑HR discipline, with exposure to salary structures, benchmarking, reward processes or incentive schemes.
  • Ability to translate complex reward concepts into a clear and practical message
  • Genuine curiosity about how compensation and reward work across different European markets. An international working background or experience abroad is a plus.
